Free room

My husband and I are both professionals, with 2 small children. 2 year old and a 6 year old. I am looking for someone with childcare / housekeeping experience to give me 16 hours help PW in exchange for accommodation, in our large happy house in Scraptoft.
Duties:
- Some childcare
- Housekeeping duties (I have a cleaner and Gardener )
- Laundry - getting kids ready for school and nursery and meal preps, cleaning and bedtime routines
- Babysitting
All bills and internet included.
This will not be compatible with someone in full time work.
The room has a countryside view with a sole use of a bathroom. With good storage, and desk, and is cheerful and light. The whole house was newly refurbished recently.
Perhaps this would suit someone doing a masters working partime, or in the final year of uni. and is looking for a way to reduce the cost of accommodation. I can be flexible with the hours to fit in with study, and I would like applicant to be flexible to do the hours when I would need them, and do babysitting duties, when required. We will of course book it in advance.

This arrangement is not compatible with someone who works part time in the evening.

Please reply with why you would be suitable for this position, what your availability would be during the week/ weekend and he childcare experience you have.
Excellent references required! We will also need a DBS clearance.

We are a strictly vegan/ Vegetarian household. No couples or smokers.
