A nurse in her early 30s looking for a house mate

* Room to rent/ house mate wanted, £580 a month all bills included ( this includes one off the road car parking spot)

* A double bedroom going ( it will need to be self furnished)

* It's a two bed house with two baths ( shower and bath are located in the upstairs bathroom). A living room, kitchen and small garden ( all of which are furnished)

* The property is a new build located in scraptoft

* House mates must be an animal lover as there is already a dog and cat living in the house( possibly happy to look out for the dog when I'm working nights)

* Communal living spaces eg kitchen garden and living room. I'm a happy bubbly 31 year old female who is happy to socialise to a degree, I would prefer someone to respect the fact I work long hours as a nurse including days, nights, weekdays, weekends and holidays, so I won't be around all the time and would appreciate help with the animals on occasions . People are always welcome over in a respectful manner e. g no house parties. In general I'm a chilled out person, but I do expect respect of my personal space and property and for
Communal areas to be kept clean at all times. House mate is welcome to use down stairs TV and any appliances in the kitchen however i have had issues with people using my food and bathroom products without asking before and would expect them to be left alone.

* I am a vascular nurse with a keen interest in science and medicine. I am a massive foodie ( I'm a vegetarian). Im a massive animal lover who enjoys long walks with my dog ( note this home is the cat and dogs as much as ours). I love music anything from rock to cheese ( I'm still listening to the same music as when I was 14 😂). When at home I spend most of my time watching TV or a film.
