Furnishings are new and include a single bed with underdrawers and a quality mattress; large wardrobe with mirrored doors; wall mirror; wall shelving; TV with satellite connection; desk with lamp; and an office chair.

We are seeking one nice natured, professional, tidy person that we can trust, who will enjoy the tranquil surroundings and is planning to rent the room for the longer term if all goes well.

The offer is for renting a room as a single occupant.
