Double room to rent in lovely quiet village

I live in this 4 bed house with my 2 daughters although the youngest is currently away travelling, returning in July. She will be going to Uni in September therefor only returning some weekends.
We have 2 friendly dogs (Jax and Bleu).

We have an open kitchen/Diner, lounge, snug, utility room, garage with some light gym equipment, downstairs toilet and open entry cloakroom.
Family bathroom will be shared with my 2 daughters.

Looking for a female to share all our amenities.
Rent covers all bills including Broadband, Netflix and in house gym.
Lounge will be shared however we have a snug which we don’t use so tenant can freely use this if wish to have separate time.

Village is very quite with public buses only running every 3 hours during the day so tenant must have car. There is a parking space available on our drive.
We have 2 local public houses. There no is shop: the closest is in the next village.
