1 double room available in the quiet, pleasant village of Sileby. Storage space available in both rooms with one room slightly smaller than the other. 1 Bathroom but there is also a downstairs toilet. All rooms in the house are fully furnished. Very large garden with patio seating area. All bills included: gas, electricity, council tax, water, TV, broadband, basic household products.

I am easy going, young professional whom works full time in Loughborough. I am not looking for anyone specific, apart from someone who shows the basic values you would expect to see from living in a home!

Close proximity to train station and bus stops which links to Loughborough and Leicester city centres. 2 parking spaces with on road parking spaces available too.

Would consider a Mon-Fri let too.
