Lovely double room to rent in Sileby

I am looking at letting out the spare room of my two bedroom home in Sileby (15 minutes from Loughborough and 20 minutes from Leicester. Well connected on the road or train).

I am 31, work full-time and am often away with work. I have a cat called Timo who is very low maintenance and friendly.

The house has a great size double bedroom, furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and double bed. There is a shared lounge and kitchen, where you would have your own storage for food etc. There is a downstairs toilet and one upstairs bathroom. I have off road parking for two cars and a small garden.
