Driveway big enough to park three cars . Private separate entrance to live in landlord . ( landlord only uses the kitchen ,I have my own living area ). Double bedroom with en-suite , could use shower in the other bathroom . Separate front door with separate stairs to landlord . . The kitchen and living room is shared with one other lodger (who works away a lot of the week ) , the person would need to be very clean and tidy .
The house is situated between Melton and Leicester 9 miles either side (20 mins by car ). The quiet village of South Croxton has no shops only the local pub . The nearest shops are 4 miles away so a car is probably beneficial , although a bus service runs in the day every hour from Melton to Leicester. .

The house is ideal if you wish a quiet location and want to be able to cycle , walk and enjoy the countryside .
Wired internet tv and WiFi in house and phone signal typical of countryside signal which means ok in certain rooms .
