Dble Room To Rent In A Lovely Location!

I am looking for a housemate to share my 2 bed terrace property. The house is in a village location with easy motorway access. There is plenty of parking outside the property. The room will be unfurnished but can be made furnished for slightly more rent. All bills, tax and Sky TV/broadband included. I am ideally looking for a professional of a similar age who is clean and tidy. I'm a sociable person, and I have a busy life so won't always be at home which would give my potential housemate some time to themselves also! Please note: Some of the furniture might vary from the pictures. The bathroom is shared and currently looking into having a new one fitted.
