Spacious, airy attic room

We are a looking for a housemate to take our roomy (3. 8m by 4m) bedroom. There is no lease, just one month’s notice secured by one month’s rent as deposit.
We are a family of four, mum, dad and two student aged off spring. It’s not a party house but it’s not a monastery either. It’s a relaxed ‘had a bad day? Hard luck, join us for a glass of wine’ kind of house. When you’re feeling private, we don’t pry. There are three bathrooms and an outside loo and two sitting rooms so it doesn’t feel cramped. You can contact our previous tenants who will be happy to supply a landlord reference on request.
The area is safe and surrounded by good architecture, Queens Road with its shops and bars and Victoria Park are all close by. There are buses, bit it’s an easy walk into town.
