Our home is very modern and easy to live in. We like to keep things clean, tidy and fresh.


Students of nursing and medicine are welcome.

The price of the room is just over the Spare Room average for the East Midlands. There is only one room available.
Your room would be a rear double room with a large double wardrobe, broadband and television. The sliding doors offer a great view over the balcony. We would expect you to keep your room clean and tidy at all times- just like the rest of the house.

There is fast BT Fibre optic broadband with good coverage in the available room.


The large main bathroom would be for your use together with one other.

Bathroom:
Large bath.
Powerful shower.
Bidet.
Large wash hand basin.
Storage.
Shaver socket.

Kitchen: Miele:
Dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, washer, drier, cooker and induction hob.

Waste disposal unit.

Safe parking to the side of the house in a well lit residential street.

In addition, there are free weights, a bench and a pull-up in the garage. There is also a room in the house used for exercise. You would be welcome to use these too.

Vegetarians and vegans are welcome.

If you do eat meat, (we eat chicken) we would not want you to bring pork, ham, bacon, or shellfish products home.
The Stoneygate Village shopping streets are just over the road and the Queens Road shopping area is 15 minutes walk away.

The UHL LRI and General Hospital and both Universities are within 3 km of us. We are a 20 minute drive to junction 21 of the M1 and a 20 minute walk to the railway station. The bus stop to the city centre is an 8 minute walk.
