Looking for lodgers

I have a Nice clean house with a large garden, near syston train station and walking distance to the bus stop which travels to all major cities.

There are plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes, hairdressers and barbers all within walking distance and local to major supermarkets.

Nearby there are some beautiful lakes and nice places to walk.

The small double room is £170p/w and the other 2x Standard double rooms are £175each p/w.

Couples are welcome but will have to pay on a per person basis.

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer. At no extra cost as this is included in the bill.

I am a nice, friendly and easy person to get along with. As I live here and this is my home, I would like you to have respect for it! Including myself and other people that live here or visit.

Smokers or Vapours are accepted but must only do so in the garden and you must put out cigarettes properly and dispose of yourself. Cigarette buts left in the garden will not be tolerated!
