Rooms to rent in 3 Storey new build house

Hello i am a live in landlord, I have 2 single rooms to rent in my 3 storey new build house.

Abit about me : I'm a 25 year old male professional. I like to socialise and go out on the weekend.

Please only enquire if you are employed.

I am VERY fussy about cleanliness if you are a messy dirty person don't even bother.

I do know a cheap cleaner so we could arrange to have cleaner come, if thats what suits you.

The house has a downstairs WC... Big kitchen garage which will be converted into a games room once i complete the planning permission. Nice heated floor everywhere on the bottom floor.
Middle floor has the lounge which has a large terrace coming off it.. Lovely in the summer! Also has one of the single bedrooms.

Top floor has my bedroom and the other single bedroom and the bathroom.

This is not a DOSS house so i have to be picky with who you call round.

I have my own ensuite in my room so the other 2 tenants share the other bathroom in the house. It is up to you 2 guys to keep it clean.
