Lovely sized double room with internet

The room is part of a 4 bedroom home.
The room has space for a double bed, desk and shelving etc with quite abit of floor space. Its beige in colour with brown carpet and cream curtains. Has a large double glazed window.

The bathroom consisting of a shower over a bath and toilet is right opposite the bedroom.
We have a 2 year old son who sleeps on the same floor and would use the bath once per evening - anyone staying would have to like kids and appreciate he may wake up some evenings (very rarely).

We have a large shared living room.
A parking space and a small garden.
We also have BT Infinity Internet and the room has a tv connection point if wanted.
