Village home 10 miles NE of Leicester

Iwould like to share my home with one other person, preferably 'mature'. The house is a two bed terraced property in a quiet location. There is no off road parking but parking on the road is not a problem for me. The house is double glazed and centrally heated and has a garden which I hope will provide fresh fruit and veg this year. The kitchen is new and the whole house has been redecorated recently and is kept clean. There is only one bathroom. There are two ground floor rooms which you are welcome to use and your bedroom is a double. There is use of all facilities including washing machine and there is wifi. I am veggie and my ideal sharer would not be cooking steak and chips every night. I would be happy to provide meals if required. Thank you. I look forward to hearing from you.
