I (Landlord) stay on the ground floor. I am away with work every week and most weekends. I am usually back 1-2 weekends per month.

Male only, two male brothers already at the property in some capacity so I am only taking a male lodger. Age wise the stairs are steep so please consider this if you have any physical limitations. I am accepting a female if part of a couple.

I will consider pets pending discussion. Considerably large pets are likely to be unsuitable for the property.

Required:

English speaker, trustworthy, reliable and reasonable.

Tax Band A: council tax is covered within bill contribution.

Couples rent would be £200 PW bills included inclusive of WiFi.

I have a contract referenced to Citizens advice and considering lodgers rights. As a live in landlord I reserve the right to stipulate eviction criteria such as cleanliness. This is set to reasonable levels. I will not have unclean and untidy individuals staying at the property.
