House comprises of 3 double bedrooms, (plus a box room which is not for letting). Kitchen Diner, sitting room and large garden.

There are two off-road parking spaces as well as plenty of on-road parking available.

Only a few miles from the Royal and General Hospitals. Secure bike storage and good access to public transport.

This is a clean tidy house with two occupants. Both professionals. Tenant must be clean and tidy.
