* 2 Bus routes - swift and efficient bus transportation - we are perfectly situated for bus travel, as we are located at the intersection of two major bus routes that will take you to the city center in just 18 minutes. Bus Numbers 44 and 44A both pass right by us, with buses running every 15 minutes, 7 days a week! The bus route takes you through Welford Road, The Leicester Royal Infirmary, Queens Road, London Road, and even stops right outside Leicester train station.

* South Wigton train station is just a 2min car ride away , making it incredibly convenient to travel to Birmingham, London, and any other cross-country destination without having to go to the main train station.

We welcome anyone who appreciates a warm, great place to live. Our home and this room is definitely a needle in a haystack. We’ve always had very happy and long-standing tenants. So if you’re seeing this, it’s a rarity.

The large full-size windows in the room face South with lots of sun, providing direct sunlight. Don’t worry: we have beautiful custom-made blackout velvet curtains for when you want to keep the bedroom dark. Additionally, the room is adjacent to our newly renovated, high-spec bathroom with an art deco design.

Our home consists of myself, my disabled mother, and one quiet tenant.

We also have lovely outdoor cats that may visit from time to time, and they are fully spayed and neutered. And live outside.

When I grew up here, we had six people, and it was easy to share spaces. Now, that everyone has moved out , and with only one tenant, our large home is even more spacious. Wow.
