Private Bedroom & own living room in family Home

The welcome of a family home based in Wigston a lovely suburb outside of the city centre.

I am looking for a couple or individual who can take over the main bedroom at the front of the house, featuring a freestanding bath. They will also have the privacy of their own living room. Shared areas will be the bathroom and kitchen.

A fully equipped good size kitchen for a person who enjoys getting their chef on. Parking available at the property and a Lovely garden space too.

Based in a nice neighbourhood outside the city centre but opposite a bus stop that goes straight to LRI/DMU and Leicester University.
The local town has an array of shops/grocers 5 minute walk, If your a cyclist it will take you 20 minutes to reach the city centre approx 3.5 miles.

There is Knighton park 2 mins situated by the house a lovely park with great fields/courts and a park gym.

The family of the home consists of 2 teen/adult sons and a middle aged but really cool mum... we are all kind of live in live out as have annexes/seperate living spaces onsite/offsite and travel often so you will most definitely be able to have your own privacy.

We have a cat residing here already he is a male and 7 years old and is pretty calm cool and collected...in and out and no bother really.

Whilst on the hunt for the perfect house share I am having some building works completed for a second bathroom.

We have a ring doorbell/hive security cameras and smart heating.
All bills included hence the premium price I am asking this is literally home from home/hald a house to yourself..

£1100 for a couple or Individual with a private bedroom/living room

I would prefer a long term arrangement but will judge individuals/couples individually..

It is a loved family home which has room for a respectful someone/couple who want a nice place to live as its not being utilised to its fullest anymore.
