Lovely Railway Cottage with Character

Hi I am looking to for someone to move in to the railway cottage that I live at. It is a lovely house and has loads of character, I am also friends with the landlady and she really does care about her property unlike some. The reason I on the hunt for a new house mate is my previous moved in with his girlfriend and due to not getting along with me or not liking the house. I am pretty laid back and extremely easy to get along with. I am also clean and tidy. The room that is available is the biggest bedroom, it has plenty of storage and a double bed provided with fitted wardrobes. It genuinely is a nice property which is also on a private road that has room to park a car. The garden has been landscaped and is of a decent size and I plan to bring it back to it's former glory this summer.
