Mon - Fri let

Description

Flexible, slightly unusual renting situation due to me working from home. I am looking to negotiate on arrangements to suit both of us but Mon to Fri only is a requirement for most weekends.

My situation is that I see clients at home offering quiet, sensitive work and a high level of privacy is needed. This arrangement would suit someone who was out of the house a lot and at predictable and regular times. Some evenings where I could see clients at home would also be a plus. If you think this might apply to you then please get in touch and we can negotiate and see if it could be mutually beneficial.

The room that's available is a furnished spacious double with bay fronted windows.

The house is vegetarian so no meat or fish. You have your own fridge.

Room has comfortable quality double bed with mattress toppers. 1 TV aerial points and TV but you can bring your own.

Bedding can be provided.

Wardrobe and drawers, lots of storage.

WiFi - good speed.

Clean, modern bathroom shared with other household member.

Use of large fully equipped kitchen which guests share. There is a fridge for guests and plenty of food storage. (only vegetarian food is to be cooked and prepared in the kitchen.)

There is a dining area with large oak table and benches.

Use of washer/dryer and freezer.

Large, well established and private garden which guests are welcome to sit in, including seating areas for relaxing/eating.

Garage for storage of bike if required.

One cat but u dont have to allow her in your room.

The arrangement would work best if you are a clean, respectful and considerate person and reasonably quiet, especially at night. LGBT friendly landlord/household. Non smokers only please. Person with open-minded and progressive outlook would be ideal.

Room available from 7th April 2022. Viewings from now onwards.

DIRECT route to Leicester University. • Local taxi companies – details can be provided. • Tesco Express and Cooperative food 5 minutes walk away. A handful of local convenience stores very close. Various takeaways that also deliver, information can be provided. • Small towns Wigston and Oadby are within 1-2 miles. The location is 2 miles from motorway junctions M1/M69, Fosse retail park. • Locally, Knighton Park is just a few minutes walk from the house, which is lovely to walk round and has an Outdoor Gym, gardens, pond, woodland area, etc
