I have to let a double room with its own bathroom(bath/shower/toilet) in a smart modernised house in Wigston Magna area.

House comprises of 3 double bedrooms, (plus a box room which is not for letting). Kitchen Diner, sitting room and large garden.

All Bills are included. Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax, TV License, Internet.

There are two off road parking spaces as well as plenty of on road parking available.

Only a few miles from the Royal and General Hospitals. Secure bike storage and good access to public transport.

This is a clean tidy house with two male occupants. Both professionals. Tenant must be clean and tidy.
Room avaliable is the largest room upstairs.
