We currently have a lovely large room in the Wigston area.

Its a great location and minutes walk to all local amenities and the local wigston town.

Also great commute links and bus routes to city centre and fosse park.

We have a lovely room available and the property is very clean with an individual feeling designed to be peaceful.

We are looking for quiet and considerate housemates who want more of an independent feel with friendly atmosphere rather than a full on party house.

The property has a modern kitchen with two shower rooms and two toilets.

This would ideally suit people who want a quiet and considerate household where people always clean up after themselves and who are professionals and looking for something on a budget with a more independent feel and more times then not just want there own space.

The rooms are inclusive of all bills even broadband. We have a cleaner who visits weekly also.

We have been established over 25 years so we are hands on :-) to make sure everything runs smoothly and in selecting the right tenants. please note we are private landlords and not an agent.
