You would need to weigh up how much you value living in a beautiful area in a lovely, homely cottage against less expensive rooms in not so nice areas. We all have different priorities so it’s understood if this is too expensive for you.

I would really prefer someone who is out a lot at work and has a busy life. Definitely cannot have full time home workers as I work from home all day and it would not suit me.

Happy to consider a well trained dog but this would definitely be extra on the rent.

I don’t mind male or female as long as you respect me as I would you and respect the home and that you are honest and trustworthy and have a regular income.

I keep my bedroom door locked when I’m in or out. Some people have had issues with me doing this in the past 🤷🏻‍♀️

Avid Gardeners more than welcome, OCD cleaners would be extremely advantageous. 😁

I’m really, very friendly & down to earth. I’m quite a quiet person at home. The house is in a premium location. Hence the room rate is a little bit higher to reflect the area as stated.

Lots of lovely country walks , Beacon Hill , the Outwoods, Bradgate Park and many more On the doorstep. It’s a Lovely village with great pubs for food /drinks within walking distance. Lovely people around.

On a bus route for Loughborough and Leicester .

Please only contact me if you are serious as I get a lot of fake profiles contacting me and wasting time. It’s ridiculous. Loyalty, honesty and respect is top of the list. Not looking for a date looking for a reliable house mate.

Prices have gone up dramatically but if you want to live in this beautiful sought after area of Woodhouse Eaves and not have to worry about any further bills then it’s certainly worth giving this some thought.
