Please be a tidy and polite person who takes care of their own and shared chores and who is trustworthy and responsible. Smoking is permissible in the garden only.

I am a self employed professional, working daytimes with some early starts and late finishes.

You must be a dog lover as I have a spotty young dog who craves attention! Note that I often have my children or partner staying so expect a little flexibility on that part.
