We have a downstairs (at the back of the house) bedroom available for the right person. It currently has a single bed in it but I am happy to put a double if preferred. It has just had new windows and doors fitted in this room and they go straight out into the garden. Current household is 13 year old and 50 year old. No males to stay overnight or to visit while we are home. We also have a lively young spaniel. We are looking for somebody who is independent. We are open to somebody with pets but would have to be compatible with our spaniel. The garden is fully enclosed and secure. There is parking available in the garage for a small car or for a bicycle/ motorcycle. Good, reliable Virgin Media broadband. Two shared living rooms with TV in each. One of the living rooms is hardly used by current occupants. FEMALE preferred 1 month trial initially to see if compatible on both sides. 1 month's rent required as a deposit. £105 per week or £450 per month
