We have one LARGE DOUBLE ROOM AVAILABLE September 2023
It is a very large double bedroom with own separate walk in Bathroom
Provided in the room is a triple wardrobe, bedside cabinets and a large chest of drawers. There is also a bedside chair and flatscreen TV with DVD and Freeview together with unlimited wireless Broadband. The Bathroom comprises, wc; shower; wash basin and bath.
All bedding and towelling are provided, ready for you to move straight in or alternatively, you can bring/use your own if preferred.
Happy for clothing etc., to be left in the room whilst away at the weekend.
Also, happy to share the use of the Kitchen and Dining area should you wish.
Would ideally suit a Professional Person working away from home but not wishing to stay in a Hotel or Bed and Breakfast but still wanting the home comforts.
There is ample off-street parking at the property.
The property is a new, recently built bungalow, which is located in a quite village called Bardney on the outskirts of Lincoln.
We are on the Lincoln side of both Woodhall Spa and Horncastle.
There are shopping facilities at the local co-op together with a post office, newsagents, a couple of pubs and a restaurant all within walking distance of the Bungalow, as is the river Witham with cycle paths (Lincoln - Boston) for those of you who are energetic.
Transportation would be required although only 20 mins into Lincoln County and 25 mins into Lincoln centre. There is a bus service. although limited.
We do have a small dog who is very friendly.
Although we have stated no pets, we would consider a well-behaved pet, but the monthly rent would reflect this (an additional £50.00).
Also, although we have advertised Monday to Friday, 5 days a week? this is open for discussion, as we would be happy to consider shift working, 5 days a week over the 7 days.
A month's notice is required from either party when vacating to enable the room to be re-advertised.
