Double Room for a Stress Free Stay

Beautiful 3 bedroomed bungalow close to Boston town. (Eastwood Road area) 10 minute walk to College and Geoff Moulder Gym and Swimming Pool, 20 minute
brisk walk to town, 10 minute car journey to Pilgrim Hospital.
I live with my young Spaniel in a smoke free home. I am vegetarian. I can offer my guests to stay for upto 8 weeks. My rooms are normally rented out to College Students but the period of vacancy is due to College Summer holidays. Both rooms have drawers, hanging space and a desk and chair. I am DBS checked and have Gas safety certificates, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers in situ.
Rent includes laundry facilities (please provide your own detergents), all bills are included but food is not included. A shelf in the fridge and kitchen cupboard space is available for your own provisions. The cooker is electric, all usual pans, cutlery, crockery etc are available to use, also dishwasher. I have a lady who comes in once a week who will be happy to clean your room for £15, or you can have the use of the vacuum cleaner and feather duster as it is essential that living space is kept clean and tidy.
I have a bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet and twin sinks. Lounge, hall, kitchen and conservatory. There is also a washroom with just a toilet and sink.

In a very pretty garden I have a meditation hut, with insense, candles and holistic music. I offer a lovely retreat to anyone going through a break up, crisis or just needing somewhere tranquil to stay. I am also a Reiki Master and have a large collection of holistic books for anyone wishing to spend time reading up on these subjects.
I am very easy going and like to live a stress free life.
