I am advertising here to rent a room within my 3 bed house. Property has 2 living rooms so you can have your own space. There is a large bathroom with corner bath and shower. The room will come with double bed only, also if you have a child the other room can be used free of charge. I do have a dog called taz, he is a Shar-Pei and super friendly. Please feel free to ask any other questions. I am only prepared to rent room to female parties with or without children. I have had bad experiences with letting out to male occupants so will not consider again.
