Furnished double room with en-suite in a large/spacious home to share with a male couple and their cat. Access to a shared lounge, kitchen/utility, large garden, library and dining room. Washing machine, dryer in a new fully fitted kitchen. Access to fast wifi including Sky & Netflix, all bill's included depending on usage. Someone who is clean and tidy is a must. Close distance to Boston town centre and two minute walk to Pilgrim hospital. Access to the A16 and A52 roads. 53 mins to Lincoln, 29 mins to Spalding and 54 mins to Grantham.
We are looking for a minimum of 6 months in the rental agreement.
References will be required, e. g. work/previous rental.
The room is a single occupancy so no couples or overnight stays.
There is off street parking and a garage for bikes. We are looking for someone who is sociable, but respectful of our space.
