Hi and thank you for your interest.

I am a live in landlord looking for up to three lodgers in a large, well maintained and clean Victorian house. There are two large single rooms and a very large double room available.

I have my own bedroom on the upper floor along with my own bathroom. The three rooms are on the middle floor with a large shared bathroom also on that floor.

All bills are included and the house has super fast fibre broadband for your use.

The house is two minutes walk from both the train station and also the bus station. The centre of town is a five minute walk and a stroll along the river is also a few minutes walk away. Pilgrim hospital is a twenty minutes or so walk or a ten minute bike ride. It’s in a quiet street with a fabulous view of the stump at the end of the road.

There is a shared kitchen with all you would expect - dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, etc. Plates, utensils etc are all provided. There is plenty of cupboard space.

There is also a shared dining room with a table and chairs.

There is a large garden which you can enjoy and which will be maintained by me.

The communal areas of the house will also be cleaned and maintained by me however you are of course expected to keep things nice and tidy.

There are two friendly cats that also live here so if you don’t get on with cats or are allergic to them, then unfortunately this property wouldn’t be for you.

All rooms are of a high standard with new mattresses and each includes bedside cabinets, chest of drawers or a very large wardrobe and a desk. Two of the rooms also have a TV.

Bedroom one is at the rear of the property and measures 3.4 mtrs x 3.1 mtrs ( 11 ft x 10 ft )

Bedroom two is in the centre of the property and larger at 4 mtrs x 4 mtrs ( 13 ft x 13ft )

Bedroom three is at the front of the property and is a very large room at 6 mtrs x 4 mtrs ( 19 ft x 13 ft) This room also has a king size bed, a very large wardrobe, chest of drawers and a large wall mounted TV.

The house is peaceful, with quiet neighbours, and I would like to keep it that way with nice, responsible lodgers.

As a lodger you should be responsible and tidy, in full time work and happy to respect the household. References will be required.

The rooms will be available to move into from the beginning of October.
