Large, spacious fully furnished double room to ren

I'm looking for a tenant for a large double room in my 4/5 bedroom house. The house is very large, and I would suggest a viewing of the property you can see for yourself what I am offering. Price per week includes absolutely all bills including broadband and contents insurance. The house is fully furnished and the room can be furnished also at request, the room does however already have a very large built in wardrobe.

You will be living with two males, but sharing the bathroom with only one. Due to the size of the house we would very rarely bump into eachother.

The house itself has a lovely laid back and relaxing atmosphere and it's definitely very homely.

With regards to the deposit, I am happy to allow for it to be split over a couple of months.
