About the room and the property:

NOT an HMO.

Private room in quiet neighbourhood.

Very large, L shaped room with ensuite toilet and wash basin. The room has a single bed and is fully furnished with built in wardrobe and large cupboard above, chest of drawers, desk & chair, bedside cabinet and chair & coffee table.

Furnished to a high standard and recently redecorated. Bedding & towels are included if required and will be laundered regularly. Small TV.

You will be living in a quiet family home. The owners work during daytime hours but also volunteer at the local theatre often in the evenings.

Off street parking is available for a small - medium sized car.

You will have access to the kitchen and washing machine / tumble drier if you wish to do your own meals and washing. (We may not always be available to prepare meals at a suitable time for you.)

We have one cat who will take every opportunity to sneak in your bedroom and sleep on your bed! Please keep the door shut!

Our lodger must have a permanent address elsewhere, just requiring temporary accommodation in the Boston area whilst working here.

Rent may be paid weekly or monthly. All Bills included.

Monday - Friday lets at the discounted rate of £110 per week. Minimum stay 4 weeks.

Stays of less than 7 nights charged at £40 per night.
