BedRoom and own bathroom

My names joe and I’m 25 and I’ve rented this room out over the last 5 years to 3 people and have not had any issues I’m not looking for someone who’s gonna be a pain I want someone who’s easy going and understands English.. and basic rules and manners..
Room to rent with own bathroom
Shared house with just myself, all I ask is someone who is respectful and must be clean and have good hygiene. Please don’t message if you are not!
There is a double bed already in the bedroom a mattress is required however. I work during the week and gym so a lot of times I won’t be around much.
Shared kitchen which I use everyday for meal prepping etc so just be aware! Sundays are usually my day where I’ll spend a few hours in there prepping batch food!
