Double room in town to rent

Hi my name is Joley and I’m a 32 year old professional who bought my first house in Bourne last year! I’m tired of living on my own and would love to share my house with a female housemate :)

The double room to rent is on the first floor, furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, bookshelf and box storage for bed sheets. There is space under the bed and on top of the wardrobe for storage.

The house is just behind M&S car park with street parking and so very close to the town centre - perfect for evenings out!

There is a spacious living room with wood burner and a separate dining room, galley kitchen and ground floor bathroom with a bath. There’s also a little garden.

It’s council tax band B.

My neighbours are very quiet - I never have any issues!

My boyfriend stays over once or twice a week.

I’m looking for someone who is a young professional, outgoing/easy to talk to and chill with in the evenings after work. I work from home most days in the winter but only one day a week in the summer from April to November, so preferably someone who doesn’t also work from home. I work some weekends too.

On my days off I like to go to the gym, visit my family down in Hertfordshire, or see friends. I go to the gym where I can, and of course see my boyfriend.
