Amenities included in weekly rental includes water, electricity/ central heating, Wifi, EETV with entertainment package, use of shared kitchen, utility, living area, garden and garage for storage. The room would be cleaned professionally every 2nd week. I am owner and occupier of the house, am professionally employed, working from home at least 3 days per week. Non-smoking and sober habits, and enjoy spending time in my veggie garden. House is situated on residential street within easy walking distance of town centre, bus routes to Peterborough and Stamford. Have a small dog - well behaved and friendly. Looking for a professional person, non-smoking, clean and sober habits, for up to 6 months term.
