Off street parking at front of house, large rear garden with easy access. Amenities included in weekly rental include water, electricity and heating, Wifi, EETV with entertainment package and use of shared kitchen and living area. I am owner and occupier of the house, am professionally employed and wfh at least 3 days per week. Non-smoking and sober habits, and enjoy spending time in my veggie garden (will share the fruits of my labour). Nice neighbourhood, easy walking distance of town centre, bus routes to Peterborough and Stamford. Have a small dog - well behaved and friendly (due to medical condition does not bark). Looking for a professional person (perhaps working contract in local area) for 1 - 6 months term. Will consider any age group 21+, but must be non-smoking, clean and sober habits.
