Double room to rent in Branston!

I am advertising this newly refurbished double room in Branston on behalf on my landlord. The room comes with a double bed, large chest of drawers, wardrobe and a 2 seater sofa - all which were brand new only 4 months ago. We have a shared living room, bathroom, kitchen and dining room and a large garden. All bills are included within the price. My landlord lives with us and he is fantastic and goes out of his way to help anyone. The room is very cheap at just £250 per month and veiwing is essential.
