The property shares a front entrance with the main farmhouse.
It is centrally heated and double glazed with an electric shower for on-demand hot water.
It has fibre broadband, parking and masses of garden/outdoor spaces.
We are seeking a professional person with a love of the countryside who will enjoy the environment, the animals that live here and the calm oasis the Little Barn provides.
Whilst only suitable for single occupancy it can accommodate occassional guests.
The property will become available on Feb 1st 2024 - its available 7 days a week but if someone wanted it for only 5 we can flex the price accordingly.
We can also flex the price if someone were able to provide adhoc 'caretaking' on site in our absence.
This property is fully equiped so its possible to move in with just a suitcase!
