I am pretty laid back and will consider most lodgers. I enjoy going to the gym, running (I'm a member of Clee Athletics Club), reading, holidays & days out and meeting new people.
I previously worked in supported accommodation so I have experience in managing excluded license agreements. I have had a successful lodger arrangement in place for the past year but the room will be available next month as they move to pastures new. I have also lived in many shared houses and have dealt with my own fair share of bad landlords so I will always endeavour to treat you with respect. This means I will be clear on expectations from the beginning and respect that this is your home too. I can be flexible and adjust rent payments to suit your paydays i. e. weekly or monthly.
I have a few different pets. I will allow pets as long as they do not pose a threat to my pets or damage property.
**About You**
Ideally, I am looking for a working professional who is similar in age to me. I am a fairly quiet person and will be returning to study at university via distance-learning from home, so would like someone who has a similar preference (although an occasional party or get together is absolutely fine!), is clean and tidy and is easy to get along with.
