Each bedroom has also been fitted with an Ethernet Port to provide hard-wired hi-speed broadband. Hi-speed Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the property.
THE PROPERTY
The modern fitted kitchen has everything you need for cooking and storing your food. All utensils, pots and pans, cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses and more are provided. There is plenty of storage along with a large American-Style fridge freezer. A washer and separate dryer is also provided for all of your laundry needs.
Socialise with your other housemates or unwind in the communal lounge/diner with a breakfast bar to eat at and a comfy sofa to enjoy. The lounge enjoys a large screen smart TV with Netflix subscription included in your rent.
The property is double glazed and centrally heated throughout. It complies to all current safety legislation and safety checks will be carried out regularly.
All utilities and high speed Wi-Fi is included in the rent, as is your Council Tax, TV license and access to a Netflix subscription. Our professional cleaning team will clean the hallways, lounge and kitchen areas on a fortnightly basis and this too is included in your rent.
