Double Room in Corby Glen (near Bourne/Grantham)

Hello,

I am considering renting out a double bedroom and use of the house to a suitable person. The property is semi-detached with a rear garden.

I am away from the house probably 99% of the time so it will be pretty quiet and you will mainly have the house to yourself.

Parking: Two spaces outside the house. Whoever is first gets dibs - I have one car parked most of the time, sometimes two. Otherwise there is parking round the corner. No garage.

Including in the price: Use of Fibre broadband, gas central heating, electric, council tax, TV license. No land Line phone.

Living room has a decent sized TV. Kitchen is of good proportions and has everything you may need including washing machine, a small dining table and you have use of all utensils plates etc. There is no freezer - never been a problem for me but perhaps for some! Garden is not massive but have tried to make it nice - decked area, shed, bench, grassed area and established plants.

Your bedroom has a double pine bed and mattress, bed side table, a set of basic draws and a shelf unit. The bedroom window faces the garden. I have bedding if you need it.

There is a separate toilet downstairs and upstairs there is a power shower over bath and toilet.

Strictly no smoking in the house. No pets. Everything is well kept and I expect the same from anyone staying here.

Corby Glen is lucky in having a couple of pubs, a decent shop that opens from 7 AM until 10 PM every day, close to the A1. The house is located in a very quiet spot with no through road.
