Room to Let: Your Own Private Space with a Weekly Cleaner

This isn't just a room; it's a private living space with great amenities. I'm looking for a tidy, professional person to share my large, detached house with two bathrooms.

The room itself is a double bedroom with excellent built-in storage. You will also get your very own private living room, giving you a dedicated space to relax or work. The rooms are currently furnished, but you're welcome to bring your own furniture if you prefer.

The house offers a comfortable and high-quality living environment, including off-road parking and a large, shared garden. A professional cleaner visits once a week to clean all areas, including your private spaces, provided they are tidy.

I have a friendly dog, so you must be comfortable living with her.

All utilities are included in the £600 monthly rent including broadband.

No smoking indoors and no pets (my dog is the only exception).
