Denton is a pretty conservation village close to Belvoir Castle, offering easy road access to Grantham, Melton, Nottingham, Lincoln, Peterborough - and east coast train services from Grantham.
It’s a perfect village for anyone who likes the countryside and a peaceful place to stay, with great walking and cycling.
The house is a sizeable four-bed stone farmhouse set in an acre of gardens with plenty of parking. The room available is a comfortable double room with built in wardrobe, next to the main bathroom. You will have access to lounge, dining room, kitchen and gardens.
I have a dog, but cannot extend the offer to another! The offer is ideally for someone from Monday – Friday.
The rent of £75 a week covers council tax, electricity, heating and water.
There are good pubs locally, and some superb eating places in adjacent villages. Denton Reservoir is great for a local stroll but there are also serious walking and cycling opportunities in this Lincs/Leics border area.
