I have a spare double room in a comfortable house in Denton, a conservation village five miles from Grantham and handy for Al, east coast main line and Melton Mowbray. Plenty of room to not get under people's feet, large garden and great walking / cycling opportunities. Ideally looking for a professional person, probably mature, who likes animals and is happy to cook for themselves. Private lounge to yourself! Broadband now upgraded to superfast... and village pub about to re-open! I have a dog, work both from home and remotely, usually pretty busy and out a lot.
