I am interested in renting out a double room in a 3 bedroom semi-detached house in the doddington park area, in a quiet cul-de-sac.

I am looking to rent this room to a professional (preferably male) Mon-Fri.

I am a 29 year old male, professional and live on my own with my 3 year old labrador.

I keep the house clean and am relatively quiet.

The house is fully furnished and has a high speed broadband(120Mb). Shared living room, all the usual appliances : cooker, washer, drier ect.

It has a large driveway for parking, front and back gardens with a patio on the rear.
