Hello..

I am currently renting out my third bedroom, it isn't the biggest bedroom in the house but it still manages to fit in a double bed, double canvas wardrobe, bedside table, lamp and shelves.
It has just been re painted and re carpeted, so is like new!

The house is situated on birchwood(I could only select doddington). I have owned the property for five years now and it is a lovely part of birchwood, so quiet and never had any problems.

I have a beagle called Elwood, he is 5 and a half, he comes to work with me everyday so is only in the house when I am in.

The two of us who live here work mon - fri 8-5 jobs. So are mostly in on an evening.

House has Virgin television package, 52" 3d TV, 50mb broadband, home phone, shared modern kitchen and lounge.

Security deposit & one months rent to be paid upfront. Will require references.
