Room in a nice, good sized traditional terraced house just by the River Trent and less than 10 minutes walk to the town centre.

Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a single room, plus a shower and toilet room.

Downstairs there is, a large comfortable communal room with sofa and tv, large kitchen with ample cupboards and large fridge freezer, utility area, second fridge freezer and bathroom with toilet and sink.

Outside there is a a private garden where you can relax and/or eat outside in the summer, plus a rear exit gate.

All bills are included, i. e. gas, electricity, fibre broadband/wifi, council tax, etc,. I also have a Netflix subscription on the tv.

Smoking and vaping are permitted, but strictly outside.

Rent with confidence - I am a genuine, honest and caring person. My tenants regard me as much as a friend as a landlord and seek to rent with me if they are in the area again.
