Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a single room, plus a shower and toilet room.

Downstairs there is, a large double room next to a comfortable communal room with sofa and tv, large kitchen with ample cupboards and large fridge freezer, utility area and bathroom with toilet and sink.

Outside there is a a private garden where you can relax and/or eat outside in the summer, plus a rear exit gate.

All bills are included, i. e. gas, electricity, fibre broadband/wifi, council tax, etc,. I also have an ultra HD Netflix subscription on the tv.

Smoking and vaping are permitted, but strictly outside.
