I seek a respectable person to rent my spare room.

I have fully furnished room available.

The house is within 5 mins walking distance of the town centre and both Lea and Gainsborough Central train station.
The house is located only 4. 6 miles from West Burton Power station and 19 miles from Lincoln.

If broadband is required that will be up to the lodger to provide this as we do not use standard broadband.

I would like to stress please no time wasters and read
my specifications carefully prior to enquiring.

I will allow pets at my discretion and must point out very clearly that three dogs already live in the household.

I am at present in the process of renovating the house so therefor have reduced the price of the room however please do not expect the house to be pristine.

If you are a plasterer willing to offer a plastering service on my house I am willing to adjust my price on the weekly rent in accordance with work carried out.
