Currently just looking for expression of interest as reinventions are taking place

I will have a large double room to rent (11'3 x 12'6).

Included in the rent will be your own personal box room (4 5' x 11'2) this can be set up to be used as a dressing room, office/ gamesroom or private seating area.

It is currently unfurnished however this will be up to the tenant if they would like furnished or unfurnished if they have their own belongings they would like to move in that's fine.

I am looking for someone respectful and tidy as the house is a quality standard. Everything will be in full working order including central heating and broadband.

In addition there is a monthly cleaner who will work the communal areas.

Shared House includes
Kitchen/ utility: Washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave.
Bathroom: shower and bath
Dinning room

I would require evidence income (payslip or student finance letter) and have a minimum of 1 reference.

If you have a Full DBS I would be happy to discuss a possible discount.

In addition I would consider a couple at an increased rate, though both would require income evidence and references

I would be a live in landlord, , I consider myself a enthusiastic and fun individual, would be nice to share with someone with similar attitude but respectful.

The house is 15min walk from train station and 10min walk from town. If you are thinking of commuting, it is roughly 35min drive from Lincoln, 30mins to scunthorpe and 20mins to Retford. Direct trains also run to Lincoln, retford, workshop and Sheffield.
