This is a small studio with its own open-plan sleeping and living area. It has an integral kitchen area, and an en-suite shower room (with a shower, toilet and wash-basin).

It is available only for a single person.

The private kitchen area has a double hob cooker, a fridge with a small freezer compartment , a full size sink and drainer, a good- sized work-surface, and a microwave oven. The kitchen area also has its own washing machine.

The studio has a single bed, a sofa-bed, a small wardrobe, a bedside cupboard or a chest of drawers
The deposit is £300. This is paid on signing the contract.

The rent is £500 per month (which is also paid on signing the contract ). You will therefore need to have £800 available in order to move in.
All bills are included in the rent except for the cost of electricity and the council tax which are paid for by the tenant.

There is a small private garden and a patio which is accessible only from the studio. No-one else has access to it.
There is a weather-proof storage chest on the patio for additional storage space.

There are a number of local shops nearby. The town centre and two large supermarkets (Sainsburys and Morrison's) are within walking distance as are the Grantham bus and railway stations.
