This studio bedsitter is self-contained and has its own front and back doors . It is very private and very quiet. It is ideal for a single person who wants undisturbed use of their accommodation.

It may, however, be big enough to accommodate a couple if required.

This studio bedsitter has recently been equipped with a sofa bed to make the best use of the space available. It accommodates two persons as a sofa and folds down into a double bed.. There is a bedside table , a small wardrobe, a small dining table and 2 chairs..

Please note that the rent does not include the Household bills. Applicants should budget for the cost of Council Tax (band A), gas central heating, electricity, and water /sewage rates.
These are expected to cost in the region of £260 per month. An Internet connection and a TV licence would be in addition to these essential bills.

There are a number of local shops nearby and the town centre and large supermarkets (Sainsburys and Morrison's) are only a few minutes walk , as are the Grantham bus and railway stations.

The studio will be offered on a six-month contract with the opportunity to renew the contract for further periods.
