Large double room in a 1st floor maisonette just off New Beacon Road. Situated on a close, it's nice and quiet, near to the Hills & Hollows and 15-20 minute walk to Grantham town centre. There is a parking space off-road for your use.

The room comes furnished, with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table and chair. The bathroom is recently decorated, with a large shower cubicle, but no bath. The shared living room has a large TV with Sky, including both sports and movie channels. There is a washing machine and tumble drier.

The occupier landlord is very quiet and keeps out of the way. There is one small dog and 2 cats who all think that they own the place!

There is a cleaner who cleans the communal areas, and will also hoover and dust (if required) your room, although a good sense of general cleanliness is required too.

All bills are included in the rent. This does include fast broadband.
